We’re looking for a new Installer to join our Wrap Shop Hobart team.
We’re keen to hear from someone who takes real pride in their work and is excited about the opportunity to become a meaningful part of our growing business.
We’re looking for someone who cares about becoming really good at what they do, and who is ready to contribute to a small team that genuinely cares about the work we put out.
The role will be based at our Cambridge workshop and will involve:
- PPF installation
- Vehicle wrapping/signage
- Vehicle preparation and finishing
- Working across a range of vehicles and applications
- Quality checking your own work
- Customer-facing communication
- Keeping your workspace clean, organised and ready for the next job
We care about doing things properly, with a strong focus on quality, attention to detail and delivering work to a high standard while still working efficiently and meeting required timeframes.
The right person will:
- Genuinely enjoy the industry and be excited about the work they do
- Be willing to go the extra mile to achieve a great result
- Be reliable, self-motivated and take ownership of their work
- Be open to feedback and continually improving their skills
- Be comfortable working both independently and alongside the team
- Communicate openly with both customers and the team
- Care about the quality of their work and the reputation of the business
Experience in PPF, vehicle wrapping/signage, detailing, tinting or other related industries is valued. However, we’re ultimately looking for the right person — someone with the attitude, enthusiasm and work ethic to become a great part of the team.
We don’t hire often, so when we bring someone on, we’re not just looking to fill a position. We want someone who is genuinely excited to become part of the business — someone we can rely on, invest in and give genuine responsibility to as they develop.
